Justin Beene is the founder and visionary behind the Grand Rapids Center for Community Transformation. He is a nationally recognized leader in cross-sector collaboration, social innovation, and entrepreneurial leadership. As a serial entrepreneur and movement builder, Justin has launched multiple ventures and currently leads Thrive and Prosper, a citywide initiative that promotes shared flourishing across business, nonprofit, and community sectors. He holds a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership and has received national recognition for his leadership, innovation, and impact on the community.

Kevin Heyne is a senior executive and leadership coach with over 30 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, and global organizations. He currently serves as an executive for a successful Midwest manufacturer and distributor of building materials and previously held a senior leadership role within a Fortune 1000 global company. Kevin holds a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership and is the author of The Multiethnic Advantage, which explores how organizations can strengthen performance and culture through racial and ethnic diversity.
